no they aren't...
 They are only 13 inch as far as I know, and they don't look like 14 inch with the round holes(I think you mean those?) is my oppinion...They are about the same as these, aren't they?

There are mattig wheels upto 15", maybe larger but I'm not certain. I saw a calbra once with 15" mattig steelies.

there is a company in Edinburgh Scotland who sells all kinda german stuff and kits etc(reiger mattig kerscher etc)and they deliver anywhere,theyre called superspeed not sure of the fone number but ill find out
