four door golf electric to manual windows conversion, possible?

Hello all,
I wonder, I have a '93 Golf GL 4 door, with electric windows, and due to too many problems with them I like to convert them to manual, is that possible?

I have a Golf variant as a donor vehicle, are the doors and glass the same as for my golf?
