1. Also for cleaned ==> if you're selling one set of tails after another, it's no longer "for the fun of it", it's called "being a professional seller", and for that, forums charge fees. Wouldn't be fair to other advertisers and sponsors who do pay those fees now, would it?
2. Cleaned doesn't like people who only register to sell stuff. the selling part is only for users who are actif at the forum
