So, I still don't believe it can make a difference... In other situations it could be a disadvantage if you think about it in your way.. Who says hitting a put-hole causes a reaction in the way you say.. it depends from puthole to puthole, from situation to situation, maybe if you leave it like this it will be better, but no-one can calculate that on forehand...
And what if you would install them the way you say, and he would hit the brakes because he hears a nut fall of (  ), wouldn't that just make it more likely for the bolt to fall out?
Conclusion, this isn't something you can calculate... although you cartechnicians would love to!
