Didn't noticed the german license plate till now. It's nice

I just looked at this picture a little bit better:

I noticed the bolts of the frontleg are mounted the wrong way. The nuts should be on the the closest to the rear end of the car. Why? If the nuts would fall off the bolts will stay in place a bit better.

What are the plans with the rearend? The rusty bits, leave it and stay with this look? I like it but wouldn't leave it like that.
