what are the differences between 16v scirocco2 and 16v golf2 gti
 

engine managements , internals, weight......????? i know the scirocco's 16 intake postioned leftwards but the golf gti positioned rightwards.... :biggrin:

scirrocco is based on a mark 1 golf so all the mounting brackets are the same as a golf 1
the base of it all is the same so thats gearbox alternator starter just start compairing theme lots off it is interchangable
Why do you want to know this ?
scirroco engines are wanted for project cars and more expensive,so...
