no it's a VW Type 2 (bus/van), model T1 (splitscreen). (T2 = baywindow)

prices have been silly for a few years now and i think it's only gona get worse

Yes it does. BUT: Type1 = Beetle, and Type 2 = Bus. It aint that difficult... So:

* Type 2 T1 = Splitty (49-67)
* Type 2 T2 = Panorama (67-79)
* Type 2 T3 = Transporter (79-92)

And did you guys know that one of the only cars (vans) that hasnt fallen in price since new, but instead gone UP is the 1987-92 Vanagon Westfalia Syncro! These vans are more expensive on the US market now than when they were new!

New they sold for $21000-ish, now they can fetch up to $25000! :eek:
