Bought a new daily driver, 1986 Audi 80 CC
 

Which makes me wonder, why isnt there any Audi section in this place? Doesnt need to be model specific, just one forum category named Audi would be nice.

Anyways, since I need to repair my 87 Coupe quattro, which otherwise would rust away, I bought a nearly rust free 1986 Audi 80 CC yesterday. I am simply amazed at the condition of the body, since the car has traveled 314.000 km!

The car is really nothing special, it is, as mentioned, the CC model, it has a 1.8 90 hp engine and a 4-speed transmission. It is equipped with a sunroof, colored glass, 4 head rests and a trailer hitch. The best part of the deal, except for the nearly rust free body, is that it also came with nice 6x15 BBS RA wheels, a classic design that suits this Audi just excellent!

I'm going to install 40 mm lowering springs in a few days. it is, after all, a daily driver, so 40 mm is enough.

No, I don't. Sold it last december. It's currently for sale again though, but I decided against buying it back.
