Bouwjaar cilinderkop (rondje)

Weet iemand mij te vertellen welk bouwjaar en maand deze cilinder kop is ?

En hoe kan ik zien of er een origineel blok in de auto zit? Is dat te zien aan motornummer op het onderblok ?
