Awesome. so i got bored today and decided to post up a few fine examples. these picures were taken by Peter Keetman in 1953 in wolfsburg. The book is called "Volkswagen: A Week At The Factory" (published by Chronicle books). This thing if filled with about 80 photographs and goes from large peices of sheet metal to complete cars. The great thing about it is how Keetman takes a raw cold industrial process and makes into beautiful artwork. anyone interested in the vw beetle or art photograpghy would love this book.

wouldnt you love to have some of this sheet metal??!!!
