recirculating valve
 

hi guys my name is shaun im new to the vw scene, i need some advice on my bora. T he engine management light comes on offten but when she's hooked up to the computer it tells us that it's the turbo recirculating valve, the car drives perfect the turbo kicks in and she flies, what i need to know is the valve im talking about the dump valve? The garage just keep resetting the code and tell me it's fine, i told them that the cars going to be remaped soon they said this should cure the problem, im just wondering if this is right or not. If any of you have had the same problem i would be greatfull to hear from you.
