Looks nice, but the welding looks al little bit crappy though Or am I wrong?

the welding looks fine i think.. not the neatest maybe but it looks damn solid.

Well there is a lot to be done before I will be needing the engine,and knowing it's a new engine I'm not in a hurry

Very nice project dude ! I don't like the choice for dash ... maybe the dash from the first TT or some porsche would like more .
What brake disks will you use ?

I was planing to use 6 pot brembo with 345x30 mm front and 4 pot brembo with 310x22mm rear disc's but they were mounted on mu Audi S2 witch is in the garage instead of the Golf rallye. About the dash I was thinking of building some kind of gauge holder but for now the whole project is on stand by until I finish the Audi S2.
