It looks like a Scirocco, and it's actually an Isuzu [don't know the model name]

Impulse, that's it!! Pretty cool cars actually.... the back seats were very comfy, 2 seperate seats a la Porsche 928.

A real '80s car.

Yeah, Isuzu Impulse, or Piazza as it was called in Europe, was a design study for the 2nd generation Scirocco. VW didnt fancy it, so the design was sold to Isuzu.
