The wheels are just colour coded and diamond cut, not polished. I had them laquered as they are going to be my main wheels for a while and we're getting lots of road grit lately.

Tyres are just budget 195/45x14 with wegu rubber inserts.

I just need to get a 4th cap so I can get them diamond cut too.

Looks good, not sure about the whitewalls though.

Never really thought of this before, but are all four teardrops always the same? You'd have the same problem as with Porsche Turbos, the wheels would look reversed on one side of the car if they were.

Are caps that hard to find Robbo? Should be loads of 'em in the States, right?

All 4 wheels are the same, meaning both side point different direction.. oh well, so did the P's.

I had to buy 4 more teardrops to get caps as all 4 of the caps on these were bent. One of the caps on the second set was bent too. I have been quoted around £40 each for them from vagparts.com which is £8 or so cheaper than VAG themselves...

I know Robbo in person, I couldn't mistake him for being a yank, certainly not with a big ford ambulance appearing in every picture he makes. He has some good connections in the States, like Jaap said.
