Default Int. Vision wanted on Rimms

Hi there..

Since I don't know who to ask, I rather ask you lot..

Here some piccies of my car's rear arches..

I dunno if these will fit (with 165/65 R13) since the arches on a polo steilheck aren't taking to many sizes..

To show you HOW critical these rims are:

The Offset is 33, whereas ET 38 or 43 would be ideal.. (for wider tyres)..
will roll the arch-lips, but not the arches them selve. (which looks like crap on a polo)..

Somebody calling?

Anyways, if you get a stiff enough suspension, no travel that is, you should be able to run those wheels

It has some travel left right now..

I asked some mates to test it for me (That what a lazy asswhipe I am)..

and here are the results of the jury: to much travel..

Thus: either bumpstops or diff wheels..

Did some polishin on the outerrim of one of them, and it's lookin good! :-)
Will probably color code them to the car,.

Does/has someone figured out what kind of wheels they are? (brand/type?)
They ones where on a Golf GTI 16v, they did need those plastic-center-center-rings
They've got 'MADE IN ENGLAND' stamped in, and some things like ET and stuff, but that's all.
They came with huge 'hub-caps' with a 'bolt' type size enormouse (bbs style), but in the ungly version (and thus got thrown away)

Is there a problem with rolling the under side of the arch up? I did that for my 16x9s on my Mk2. There was no cutting just a bit of bending the lip under the arch back using a baseball bat and a heat gun. Took me about 2 hours to do both...But that included pulling and reinstalling the G60 Flares. I can't tell from the picture if you can do that but it seems to be possible (mine had a 10mm lip that could be bent up flush with teh under side of the fender)
