Default Golf 4 variant Cruise control

Hallo liefhebbers,

Je leest het vaak over de cruise control inbouw bij een golf 4 of golf 4 variant.

Kwestie van hendel en programmeren maar.

Goed, dit werkt inderdaad bij een tdi enzovoort met elektronisch gaspedaal.

Dit heeft mijn variant niet volgens mij. (1.6 sr motor)

Nu kan ik een set kopen van een passat 3b v5 uit 2000, interieur is (bijna) gelijk aan de 4 variant van mij.

De set is mechanisch en dus met vacuumpotje, gaskabel enzovoort. Het is origineel VW!!

Is dit pas te maken in mijn 4 variant met 1.6 sr motor.

Zoja, wat heb ik allemaal nodig??

Volgensmij heb je voor de 1.6 SR ook een 'speciale' uitvoering vd gasklep voor cruise... Heeft hier op forum wel tekoop gestaan...

Even dit topic omhoog brengen.

Ik weet nu inmiddels dat mijn 1.6 sr geen elektronisch gasklephuis heeft. Dus ik kan niet simpel weg even een cruise control hendel plaatsen en inlezen en klaar. Helaas.

Weet iemand een goed alternatief? Want heb vandaag weer 5 uur gereden dus ik zou wel graag cruise control hebben.

Is het mogelijk om een goed aftermarket systeem in te bouwen en dan te laten functioneren op een originele hendel? En dat ook het lampje aan gaat op het tellercluster?

Zou iemand mij daar mee kunnen helpen als dat mogelijk is? Uiteraard tegen betaling.

Woon in zuid-limburg en wil er best een stukje voor rijden. Maar natuurlijk niet het hele land door haha

Ik heb ook eens voor mijn a4 gekeken een tijd geleden. Je kunt dat systeem van die 3b best inbouwen zonder een ander gasklephuis in te bouwen als ik het goed heb. Vacuüm potje houd dan je gasklep open en via regeleenheid word het verder geregeld. Misschien iemand van de etka boys aanspreken om eens een lijst met onderdeel nr en plaatjes te krijgen.
Die aftermarket sets werken ook gewoon met een vacuümpotje

Maar als iemand me hier echt mee zou kunnen helpen heb ik dat veel liever.

Ik heb in het verleden meermalen een vacuum CC setje uit een Passat 35i in een Golf 3 gebouwd (zowel diesel als benzine). Ik gebruikte destijds de handleiding van VWGolf-info.nl: http://www.vwgolf-info.nl/handleidi...uisecontrol.pdf

Ik verwacht dat je die set uit die Passat van 2000 prima zult kunnen inbouwen en werkend krijgen. Of het lampje in de klokken dan ook aangaat, geen idee.

Is het mogelijk om een originele golf 4 cruise control hendel werkend te krijgen op een waeco ms50 set? (heb deze toevallig nog liggen)

Of word dit te omslachtig?

Ik denk dat je dan wat dieper op de werking van de schakelaars in moet gaan. Misschien kun je de functies wel met elkaar verbinden.

waarom niet het juiste gasklephuis gehaald? - dan is het namelijk kwestie van inleren van klep en hendel... dat is origineel

Even terugkomen op dit topic. Ga binnekort op vakantie en wil toch wel graag cruise control.

Is het nu toch zo simpel om alleen die gasklep en hendel te installeren? Of moet de kabelboom nog aangepast worden? En hoe zit het met de gaskabel/pedaal??

Bij je cruise control hendel moet je ook even het kabelboompje mee bestellen.

Oké dus nu concreet :

-Gasklephuis 06A133066 aanschaffen
-Cruis control hendel met kabelboompje aanschaffen

Alles installeren en inlezen en klaar.

Of zie ik nog wat over het hoofd?

Trouwen die gasklephuizen heb je in verschillende types: 06A133066E en 06A133066G. Doet dit er iets toe? En mag hij van een 2.0 of 1.8 afkomen? Of moet hij van een 1.6 akl afkomen??
