Default Iemand ervaring met Eatons?

Ben namelijk erg benieuwd wat voor overbrengings verhouding er toegepast dient te worden, dus verhouding krukaspoelie/compressorpoelie. Alle info welkom

op een standaard G 60 maat poelie ( blok )

had ik meen ik een 68 mm poelie op de eaton ( standaard 90 ? )

eaton = rootscompressor
en jup zul je idd de juiste pouly op moeten zetten en de juiste compressor moeten hebben .want ze kunnen niet echt tegen toeren draaien

voordeel is dat ze niet schrikbarend duur zijn, mocht je 1 stukdraaien...

verder niet echt een bijdrage aan de topic, I know...

Oja hij is nogal druk met zijn Rallye 2.1L turbo 16V dus....het kan even duren voor je antwoord hebt.
Maar hij kan poelie's maken die NIET stuk gaan......

als ze maar zijn uitgebalanceerd ..... die van mij was op de cnc bank op "0'" gedraaid en daar zat bij 6000 rpm 7 kg onbalans in ..... ( nadat de lagers sleten kregen we dat in de gaten ....)

Iemand had een poelie voor een Eaton nodig...?

En ehh, beslist niet onder de 70mm gaan, als je de kleine G60 krukaspoelie gebruikt.
Een Eaton M62-64 mag eigenlijk niet boven de 12.000 Ppm draaien.
Zou je de 134mm G60 krukaspoelie gebruiken en je hebt een laderpoelie van 70mm loopt je lader bij 7000 Rpm motortoerental: 134/70x7000= 13.400 Rpm.

Ik had op mijn Rallye een 73mm zelfbouw poelie op een Eaton M64, met standaard motor, computer en uitlaat 184pk en 247 Nm (bij freddy op de bank) met statisch net geen 1 bar laaddruk op dik 6000 motor Rpm. Ik heb dus wel de DIKKE intercooler, dat scheelt een hoop...

Met 63mm? Dan heeft i.i.g. zekerheid dat ie de 5000 Km NIET haalt met een gebruikte lader...

Ho wacht... 63" Moehahahaha
