Only one of several examples of luxury cars that have undergone severe modifications in Russia, a BMW M6 Convertible comes to mind as well.
I actually believe that the companies who make these modifications have not paid full price for these cars, rather that they are stolen in Western Europe. This way, the Russians who have modified them gets the car for cheap. It could also be a damaged car that has been brought over from W.E., and built up again.
