As I said : website promise a lot .
But when at the postoffice they look into a book and get lost in it .
Nobody knows a thing abt overseas .
It sux bigtime .
And phone customerservice : " Sorry that u had to pay 27 euros and we say its "only" 21 . No we don't do a refund .. "
