Well, thanks for that explenation, I didn't know that.
Still had a good time though, plenty of parties. On my previous visit we had a VW Buggy so the roads (which were indeed terrible) were not a problem 
Too bad my boss only sends me to Salvador, Natal and Porto Seguro. I'd love to see the south someday....
