UK MKV Golf with 4Motion

does anyone own or know of anybody that has one, what countries is it in(besides the UK)? I was looking at the engine options and it has either the 2.0L FIS or 2.0L TDI.

I think (know) you mean the 2.0 FSI (gasoline) or the 2.0 TDI (diesel)

I wouldn't know. I hope my mum will buy one :) But i think she won't.

yah i meant the gas and the diesel engines, apparently it uses power 90% up front and 10% in back, then when it gets harry you can go as much as 100% power to the rear wheels, i would buy that car if they brought it to the states, that or the Lupo GTI.

The Golf 5 uses the same awd system as the Golf 4, which is the Haldex system. This is also found in the R32 and Audi TT in USA.

Yes, it did. 4motion was standard on the V6 and R32 models, optional on other models

Salteatervw 05-06-2005 21:08

what other models had 4motion, other than R32 and audi vehicles, or Passat
