Why using a ball joint beam ??
Everybody knows that a link pin axle will give you more drop without the risk of knocking down the BJ's and -worsed case scenario- crashing the car. I liked your Mk1 convertible very much, but I don't think you will turn more heads with the beetle. |

I spent some hours in the garage tonight. And got a lot done :D Transmission, bags, käfer cup bar etc. in place. I think the result was pretty ok :) |

*Update*
Tonight I changed all my ball joints with the "long travel" that I got with the air ride. Blasted the "new" short axel tubes end prepared them for primer. Two coats later with primer.. Ready for black paint tomorrow :) |
