Can anybody recommend a garage in Utrecht to diagnose an issue I have with a difficult starting Polo 6N?

Ideally in Utrecht however I will travel if a strong recommendation is provided.

While I'm there I'll also have them fit coilovers and fix a few minor exhaust issues. I can do these myself but I'd rather just drop it off and pick it up with everything done.

The only other criteria is English speaking. Sorry Dutchies, I do feel guilty about this one.

Re the issue, it always starts however it takes about 3 or 4 tries. This has been an issue for about 4 years but it's starting to get slowly worse. Sometimes it turns over, sometimes it does absolutely nothing.
