gallardo head in 2.5L 5cilinder

Is it possible to use Gallardo Head on that new entry level us-spec 5 cilinder 2.5 liter engine on Jetta V ???? The Head fits on 5 cilinder block?

I know that gallardo engine has vvt and all this stuff and Jetta engine don't have this shit...

Is a Gallardo head not difficult to acquire? And more expensive? Perhaps working with your existing head is a cheaper option...
