Toerenteller

Ik heb pas een toerenteller ingebouwd in mijn Golf 2 1.6. Maar ik heb het idee dat hij te weinig aangeeft. Bij stationair rond 900-1000 en maximaal 4600 rpm. Dit moet volgens mij wel bijna 6000 zijn ?
