MY08 Saveiro Surf & MYO8 Parati Surf from Brazil
 

I like them, looks a lot better than the Gol Rally! Especially the Saveiro, I think I'd actually buy that if it was available here.

don't understand why they don't sell it over here?

i like them, but i don't like the addition of the spotlights in the bumper.. look out of place and an afterthought (which they are as the former model didn't have them)

plus the surf decals look too 90's and the rear tails on the Saveiro look cheap

The reason why they don't sell them here is because there is no market for them. They are not the same quality as the VW's that are being built in Europe. When you buy a VW you expect quality and you also pay for it, big time.

These models aren't too bad. I like the pick-up model.

Are these real VW models or are these models that are originally from another manufacturer with a VW badge on them? Just like the Chrysler Voyager with the VW nose and badge, called the VW Routan.

I'm from Brazil and i have a Saveiro like these.
I had removed the protector pipe from rear window(in brazil is called "Santo Antonio"), and swaped the cargobox cap to one without grabs(Called in brazil "Capota Baguete").

this model "Saveiro Surf" form 2008 year, come from vw manufactor in brazil with this steering wheel, i don't swaped them, but i don't kenw the Lupo 3L had a same model...
